T&C and Returns/Refunds

Please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges will not be made due to a change of mind. 

Whilst I endeavour to package your item securely for a safe arrival, if it arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours to discuss options. Should it require mending or replacement, please return within 14 days in its original or similarly secure packaging.

Please note that your item is for indoor use only. Exposure to the elements will damage your item. Refunds/returns will not be considered if your item has been exposed to the outside elements.

Your item is for decorative purposes only and is NOT a toy.  Please be mindful to hang out of reach of small children.

Shipping

Your item will be packaged securely to ensure a safe arrival.  In transit the cotton string/rope may kink. Please hang, comb through with fingers, and allow time for the cotton to 'drop'. With fringing that has been combed, a hair comb may be used to gently comb through and neaten.

Shipping will incur a flat rate of $10 per item. Please contact me if you are purchasing multiple items.

Your item will be packaged and shipped within three days of your payment being confirmed.  A tracking number will be provided to you by email once your item has been posted.  Please note that I am not responsible for lost packages or delays in the mail/transportation system.
